Hi!  My name is Trang Harder.  I am a wife and mother to two beautiful girls and one fur puppy named Chloe.  My career in the mortgage industry started in 2019, following five years as a stay-at-home mother. During that time, our mortgage was up for renewal, and we were working with a Mortgage Agent who was able to meet with us at our home and on our schedule. With two children under the age of two, the convenience and simplicity of the process made a lasting impression. It was then that I realized how valuable this service was for families—and that experience inspired me to pursue a career in the mortgage industry.

After years in the industry, I fell in love with Reverse Mortgages.  I LOVE what this product can do!  For the right client, it is life changing.  To be able to use your home equity without selling your home is a great financial tool that is often underutilized.  To top it off, there is no monthly mortgage payments!  My goal is to educate as many people as possible about this product, because no one should have to struggle in retirement.

Since entering the field, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the importance of providing clients with not only mortgage solutions but also comprehensive protection for themselves, their families, and their assets. This realization motivated me to return to school and obtain my life insurance license. Today, I’m proud to offer clients both tailored mortgage solutions and a range of insurance options to help safeguard what matters most.
